By using a game world where any mixture of uniforms and equipment can appear together, it becomes possible to create a strong, colourful background, giving the players the opportunity to immerse themselves in the game.
Although E - ZERO has some similarities to full LARP (Live Action Role Playing) it is still AIRSOFT and very much a sport.
Winning and losing is based on point scoring, achieved by shooting enemy players and reaching successfully (or not) predefined goals.
Players do not take on a pre-generated character (as in LARP) but if a player chooses to appear as a British or American soldier (or any other nationality) then it would certainly add to the game if they attempted to play within that role.
To aid game play, promote the story line and enhance the players experience we are lookig to provide a full theatrical environment with the use of props, smoke and fog machines and portable buildings.
This is an attempt to create mobile stage sets that we can place at any point within the game arena. These modular stage settings, allow us to use the entire game area instead of just a few places over and over again, it also allows us (when the story calls for it) the ability to change the game area within the same game day.
